Bay Area Slow Bus

This weekend Kirsten and I went to kirkwood for a ski trip and it was very fun. We took the Bay Area Ski Bus they picked us up at 4 AM in San Francisco and we were supposed to get to kirkwook at 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. We did not get to 11:15 AM and did not get our lift tickets at 11:30 and did not get on the slops till about Noon.
The Skiiing was GREAT. I went boarding for the first time in years and did AMAZING (Well Amazing for me). I Fell alot and it did not hurt at all becuase the conditions were soooo great there was about a foot of fresh snow so I could fall and just keep on going. I just wish I had more time and that I could have gotten onto the slopes earler in the day as the conditions would have been even better.
Now I have used the Bay Area Ski Bus before to go to kirkwood and to sugar bowl. The last time I went to kirkwood we were late too. We did not get to the moutan till about 10am and had to wait in BIG lines to rent skiis and did not get on the slopes till noon. But when we went to sugar bowl we got there right on time.
Has anyone else use the Bay Area Ski Bus and made it kirkwood on time? is this a cronic problem or do I just have bad luck?
