My Poncho #2

So I have been quite busy at work. (As always)
I like my job. I work with smart people and get to work on interesting projects but it does take up A LOT of my time.

So yesterday I finally got some time to weave a little on my Poncho.
I use a ridged headdle loom and warped on a few weeks ago and have not done much since then.
While I was weaving I noticed that the 2 sevedges became very loose. I have had this problem before in the past and do not know why it happens. So far they are not that loose and I was able to use a bobbin to take up the slack on one if the strands.

Is there something I am doing wrong? Can I warp my loom better so that the edges will not become so loose?
